PMI Lahore Chapter is a Not for Profit Organization which is registered as a Cooperative Society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The Chapter is governed by a Board of Directors who is elected by the Chapter members in the elections held every year.
Our organization supports the de facto project management standards endorsed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) Established in 1969 and headquartered outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA, the Project Management Institute (PMI®) is the world’s leading non-profit project management professional association, with over 400,000 members worldwide. Our training content is reviewed by PMI® and accredited as relevant to project management and consistent with the knowledge and process areas described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide. PMI® is the authority for best practices in project Management and PMI Lahore Chapter commits itself to the PMI® standards. Arming ourselves with the understanding and knowledge of the PMI standard, the Lahore Chapter helps organizations improve their project performances through effective project management methodologies and processes. Through the Lahore Chapter, companies embrace and implement these standards and turn them into coherent practices in the real business and project world.
Since its inception in the year 2003, the PMI Lahore Chapter has experience of conducting more than 250 different trainings which were attended by more than 6000 professionals from various public and private sector organizations. Other than trainings, the Lahore Chapter also takes pride in arranging 150 seminars on different topics of project management in order to create awareness about the profession.
