Speaker: Rizwan Amin Sheikh

The Lahore Chapter's Vice President Mr. Rizwan Amin Sheikh is an Ex-Chairman of Punjab IT Board, Govt. of the Punjab. He is a former Assistant Professor of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). He has also served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, New York, USA which is a $3.0 billion management consulting firm with 12,000 employees worldwide.

Mr. Sheikh holds MBA from Cleveland State University (USA) and B.Sc. in Information Systems from The Ohio State University (USA). He has over 18 years of management consulting, information technology, ERP implementation, supply chain management, international program/project management and industry experience.

Summary

A lot has been written on correct or incorrect definition of project scope and its consequences. During our seminar, key elements of the project scope were reviewed, applied against a real-life mega project (construction of STP), and the audience would be shown whether correct scope definition really makes any difference in the life of a project.
