IBM has distilled many years of successful experience into our Worldwide Project Management Method (WWPMM) represents best practice that we suggest on all our projects. It is based on 7 keys to manage the projects i.e. managing Team, Work & Schedule, Risks, Stakeholders, Scope, Business Benefits and Delivery Org Benefits indicated by traffic light method of Green, Amber and Red. Challenge is to balance 7 keys throughout the project; 2-3 keys can be red or in amber; success is to ensure that the team is stepping to bring these keys to green. I will also share related experiences and cases.
