PM Day 2013

Date: Saturday 9th November, 2013

Achieving Project Success - Time for new thinking

Despite the growth of project management in the last 30 years, project success rates have been relatively stagnant. This is a paradox given that Project Success has been the most researched topics in project management since the 80's. We are going to take a journey through an evolving understanding of success and means for ensuring success.

Speaker: Dr. Khalid Ahmad Khan, has a PhD in Strategy, Program and Project Management from SKEMA (France). His area of research is Project Success - how project success is measured and attained. He recently conducted a course on Portfolio, Program and Project success factors in Zurich followed by a sister on Project Success at the PMI Switzerland Program Management Conference.
